Central University of Jharkhand Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

  • Business Administration: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/C.A./ICWA/ M.Com with First Class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master’s degree.
  • Commerce and Financial Studies: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
  • Computer Science and Engineering: B.E. / B. Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees. OR Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering along with MCA.
  • Economics and Development Studies: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks, and M.Ed. degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks. OR Postgraduate (MA) degree in Education with minimum 55% marks, and B.Ed./B.El.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
  • Electrical and Energy Engineering: B.E. / B. Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
  • Environmental Sciences: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D.   • Far East Languages (Chinese): Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in Chinese Language or a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
  • Geography: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.   • Performing Arts: Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian/foreign University. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D.
